Winter 2021 - BYU Simulation
At this time, BYU was offering mostly hybrid classes which can affect the number of people we come in contact with. For 10 days, 450 participants attending classes could observe in real-time how their social behaviors affected their chances of virtually catching the simulated pathogen.

Winter 2021 Post-Simulation Seminar
BYU Operation Outbreak communicated the results from the simulation in a seminar on Thursday, April 8th. In this seminar, we covered topics such as:
- Vaccine efficacy at BYU
- College demographics and getting vaccinated
- Vaccine complacency
- Results from the contact tracing data
- And many more topics!
Winter 2021 - Utah Valley High-Schools
BYU Operation Outbreak members visited Utah County Academy of Sciences (UCAS) and Alpine School District (ASD) classrooms to enhance classroom curriculum and provide learning opportunities to students.
